CHILD & VISITOR SAFETY

For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself and our visiting guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding children & visitors in the salon.

Because we use hot tools, sharp instruments and chemicals on the salon floor we ask that no children are present (this includes children in strollers, carriers & in lap unless they are receiving a service.) Please make all necessary arrangements prior to your visit. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family but would be equally devastating to your Color Lush Salon family.

Guests who choose not to cooperate by our safety policies may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Out of respect for other guests and to give your stylist the space they need to work, we ask that you arrive to your service alone.

BOOKING POLICY

We kindly request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Running Late?

Under most circumstances, guests more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule or see another stylist if available. Please call to make sure your appointment can still be accommodated.

Late Cancel / No Show

When cancelling within the 24 hour window, or not showing for your scheduled appointment - there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled services charged to the most recent card on file.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We guarantee our salon services when guests follow salon recommendations, including home care instructions.

We are happy to make complimentary adjustments & modifications with proper notification within 5 days of your original service.

We do not offer refunds on salon services.
