Out of respect for other guests and to give your stylist the space they need to work, we ask that you arrive to your service alone.
For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our visiting guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding children & visitors in the salon. Because we use hot tools, sharp instruments, and chemicals on the salon floor we ask that no children are present (this includes children in strollers, carriers, and in lap unless they are receiving service.) Please make all necessary arrangements prior to your visit. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family but would be equally devastating to your Color Lush Salon team.
Guests who choose not to cooperate by our safety policies may be asked to reschedule their reservation.
A 24 hour notice for any cancellations or change to your reservation is required.
Running late? – Guests more than 15 minutes late will be asked to modify the service or see another stylist if available. Please call to make sure your reservation can still be accommodated.
Late Cancel / No Show – When cancelling within 24 hours, or not showing up for your reservation, there will be a 50% charge of the scheduled services.
We do not offer refunds on salon services. We guarantee our work when guests follow salon recommendations, including home care instructions. We are happy to make a complimentary adjustment. Please call the salon within 3 days of your original service.
