Our six-month Artist Academy helps new stylists build confidence, technical skills, and real-world salon experience before launching their career behind the chair.

Through mentorship, talent shifts, hands-on learning, and access to the Artist Academy app, you'll receive ongoing support from both Color Lush and The Refine Network — the creators of the Artist Academy. And everything is supplied: just bring your own shears, and we provide the rest.
