Lesley Miller is the heart behind Color Lush Salon—a luxury, sustainable salon built on grit, growth, and gratitude. Without a formal business or academic background, she built her path from the ground up, fueled by determination, resilience, a husband who brought the salon to life, and a deep love for her two sons. A former Regional Contracted Artist with Matrix, Lesley now works just two days a week behind the chair so she can focus on mentoring new talent and growing a strong, connected team. Her passion is developing the next generation of stylists while leading a culture where people feel valued, inspired, and part of something bigger.
